Purpose of the service

Dispatch is a business-to-business software service that monitors industry sources, builds a private knowledge base for each customer, and produces draft content (articles, newsletters, social posts) for human review in an editorial portal. Dispatch:

• drafts content for review; it does not publish anything without an action by the customer's authorised users (human approval is the default gate for public content);
• provides tooling, not professional advice — it does not provide journalistic, legal, financial or investment advice;
• publishes to third-party platforms only using the customer's own accounts and at the customer's direction.

Editorial and legal responsibility for content a customer approves and publishes remains with the customer, as set out in the Terms of Service.

Terms of use of this website

Access to and browsing of this website implies acceptance of this legal notice. Use of the service itself is additionally governed by the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and, for customers, the Data Processing Agreement.

Users agree to use the website and service lawfully and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or other customers' data, introduce malicious software, or use the service to infringe third-party rights.

Intellectual property

The software, site design, text, logos and branding of Dispatch are the property of the operator or used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without authorisation, except as permitted by law. Content produced for a customer and the customer's knowledge base belong to the customer — see the Terms of Service.

Liability

The operator works to keep the website and service available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage arising from the use of the information on this website, which does not constitute advice of any kind. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; the operator does not control and is not responsible for their content.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
