Dispatch monitors your industry — podcasts, news, websites, regulators — builds a private knowledge base, and drafts articles, newsletters and social posts in your voice. Nothing publishes until a human on your team approves it.

How it works
Consistent, well-sourced content without hiring a content team — your role is the ten-minute editorial pass, not the blank page.
Podcasts, RSS feeds, news, websites and regulatory sources are monitored around the clock. Everything relevant is summarised into a private knowledge base and a daily digest, with the originals linked.
Articles, newsletters and social posts are drafted from that knowledge — researched, sourced and written to your style guide and compliance rules. Ideas come from the pipeline or from you, in one line.
Every draft waits in your editorial portal. Edit, fact-check, redraft or reject — then publish to your website, newsletter and social channels in one click. Nothing goes out without your approval.
Features
Everything between "something happened in your industry" and "your take is published" — with a human editorial gate in the middle.
Podcasts (with transcripts), RSS and news feeds, websites and regulatory documents — checked automatically, deduplicated, summarised and filed.
Everything Dispatch reads becomes searchable knowledge scoped to your business — the raw material every draft is built from, browsable in the portal.
A morning briefing of what mattered in your industry overnight, with sources — useful on its own, and one click from becoming content.
Article drafts researched across your knowledge base and live search, written to your tone and structure rules, with fact-check and redraft flows built in.
Drafts never auto-publish by default. The portal is a review queue: approve, edit, redraft or bin — with every action attributed to the person who took it.
Approved content goes to your website and Google Drive archive in one step; previews are available on a private URL before anything goes live.
Weekly newsletter compilation and a scheduled social-post queue (Bluesky, LinkedIn, X and more) — per-post opt-in, using your own accounts.
Notifications and quick commands from your phone: new episode alerts, "draft this", research a link, publish with confirmation.
Typed pages for structured content — product reviews, property listings and more — with per-field confirmation gates for anything compliance-sensitive.
In production
Dispatch isn't a prototype — the same engine runs the daily content operations of businesses in three very different industries.
A crypto-education publisher: podcast and regulatory monitoring, daily digests, article and review pipelines with compliance gates, newsletter and socials.
A Marbella property agency: market monitoring, editorial articles, and a property-listing pipeline that turns new listings into draft pages for review.
A consulting firm's journal: industry monitoring feeding a weekly publishing cadence, drafted and reviewed through the same portal.
Your data & your name
Your knowledge base, drafts and published work belong to you. Full export on request, deletion on offboarding — it's in the terms, not just the pitch.
Data lives on servers in the European Union. We act as your GDPR processor with a signed DPA and a published subprocessor list — no analytics trackers on this site.
Human approval is the default for everything public, every editorial action is logged and attributed, and compliance-sensitive content types can never auto-publish.
